- Teilnahme an Production On-Call-Rotation und Troubleshooting von Infrastructure- und Service-Incidents
- Betrieb, Wartung und Troubleshooting von Linux und Windows Systemen in Production
- Unterstützung von Containerized Workloads und Infrastruktur
- Administration von VMware Virtualization, Network Equipment, Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, DNS
- Unterstützung von Production Storage Systems und Performance-Troubleshooting
- Investigation von Incidents über Multiple Infrastructure Layers
- Infrastructure Maintenance, Patching, Upgrades mit minimaler Production Impact
- Automation von Repetitive Operational Work mit Scripting und Configuration Tools
- Corporate IT für Denver Office: Employee Devices, Office Networking, Equipment
- Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, Access, Device Setup
- Administration von JumpCloud, Google Workspace, HiBob und verwandten Systemen
- Durchsetzung von SOC 2-related Controls und Audit Evidence
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Nachgewiesene Hands-On Erfahrung in Systems Administration oder Production Infrastructure
- Starke Linux-Administration Fähigkeiten mit Windows-Troubleshooting
