Operations Manager

Zafran is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role is integral to optimizing cross-functional business processes, enabling growth and scale, and driving operational efficiency to support sales growth and enhance overall business performance.

What you will do:

  • Drive company-wide business operations initiatives to improve execution, alignment, and efficiency across all functions.

  • Own and manage cross-functional KPIs, including Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—ensuring visibility, consistency, and accountability.

  • Partner closely with Product and R&D leadership on planning, prioritization, and execution, while ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.

  • Work across GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) to connect performance insights, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with product and company strategy (in collaboration with GTM Ops).

  • Lead cross-functional projects that span multiple teams, driving alignment, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring successful execution.

  • Build and implement an internal AI strategy to improve efficiency, automation, and scale across the organization.

  • Analyze business performance, pipeline, product usage, and operational data to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Support strategic planning processes (quarterly planning, goal setting, prioritization) across the company.

  • Improve and standardize core operational processes to ensure scalability as the company grows.

  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels to gather insights, align priorities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, product, strategy, consulting, or a related role.

  • Strong experience working cross-functionally across Product, R&D, and GTM teams.

  • Ability to define, track, and drive KPIs across multiple business functions.

  • Proficiency with AI tools/automation (or strong interest in building internal AI-driven workflows).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience leading end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of how SaaS companies operate across product and go-to-market.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail.

  • High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
