This role leads the development and execution of an enterprise content strategy that strengthens market narrative, elevates executive visibility, and supports industry go-to-market (GTM) priorities.      This position translates Woolpert’s technical expertise, client impact, and insights into compelling thought leadership and strategic content that drives brand authority and engagement. As part of Corporate Communications, the Senior Content Strategy Manager partners closely with Subject Matter Experts, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, and regional teams to ensure content is aligned, differentiated, and effectively leveraged across channels.   Please know that a portfolio or example of your work will be requested if you advance in the interview process. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.   JOB DUTIES:  <ul> <li>Content Strategy & Planning  </li> <li>Develop and own enterprise content strategy aligned to business priorities and industry GTM plans  </li> <li>Define and operationalize core thought leadership themes across Woolpert’s markets  </li> <li>Establish content priorities, governance, and planning processes  </li> <li>Ensure alignment of content across regions, industries, and channels  </li> <li>Translate technical expertise into clear, differentiated insights  </li> <li>Partner with SMEs and leaders to shape narratives  </li> <li>Executive Communication  </li> <li>Support executive positioning and visibility strategies </li> <li>Develop key messages and narratives for leadership </li> <li>Lead executive thought leadership content  </li> <li>Content Integration Across Marketing  </li> <li>Align content with GTM strategies and campaigns  </li> <li>Ensure consistent positioning and messaging </li> <li>Align thought leadership to key engagements  </li> <li>Leverage content across digital, social, PR, and sales enablement channels  </li> <li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Performance  </li> <li>Partner to support SEO-driven strategy and performance tracking </li> <li>Monitor engagement and refine strategy  </li> <li>Improve content impact
