Experience: have at least 8 years of experience in relevant areas and feel confident in your role. Competence in Mobile and Full-Stack Approach: have hands-on experience developing and maintaining mobile apps (iOS, Android or cross-platform), understand the specific challenges of mobile development and want to build full-stack applications using agentic engineering. Key facts Start: Immediately (flexible) Hours: Full-time Area of responsibility: Tech Fast, simple & transparent application process Your tasks Product Thinking: You develop with a clear product focus and make technical decisions with an eye on user experience, business value and long-term scalability. Feature Development: You build new features for our Flutter app and across our stack — using a modern, AI-supported development approach. Ownership: You work independently in a product team, take responsibility and actively contribute your experience to technical development. Engineering Excellence: You raise code quality within the team and set high standards for maintainability, structure and technical excellence. Review Culture: Through careful code reviews you ensure that our mobile codebase remains consistent, robust and high-quality. Product & Design Collaboration: You work closely with Product and Design, challenge requirements constructively and translate them into strong technical solutions. App Performance: You continuously improve performance, stability and reliability of our mobile application. Mobile Architecture: You actively shape architectural decisions in the mobile area and contribute to a scalable technical vision. What you need AI-First Development: You use AI not as an add-on but as an integral part of a modern development workflow. Flutter Expertise: You have strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter and build performant, high-quality mobile applications. Architecture & Code Quality: SOLID principles, clean structures and sustainable code quality are a given for you. Mobile UX: You understand how good mobile products work — from UI/UX principles to proven design patterns. Quality Mindset: You work test-driven or with a quality focus and know common testing practices in software development. Collaboration: You convince with a positive, proactive working style and actively contribute to a strong team dynamic. Nice to have, but not required Full-Stack Thinking: Ideally you also bring knowledge in backend and DevOps. Platform Depth: Experience in native Android/iOS development is a strong plus. Firebase Stack: You have practical experience with Firebase as a component of modern mobile architectures. Product Analytics: You use tools like Amplitude and Braze to understand user behavior and drive engagement. Why us?
