This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who brings strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support Fervo’s day-to-day treasury operations, including cash reporting, reconciliations, and liquidity tracking. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate visibility into the company’s cash position and supporting timely, reliable financial reporting. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and external banking partners to maintain cash controls, support transaction processing, and strengthen treasury reporting processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate treasury operations within a rapidly scaling organization. </div> </div> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Responsibilities</h2> Cash Management & Reporting <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports across all bank accounts and support short-term cash forecasting. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Monitor cash movements, wire activity, and account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Assist with maintaining appropriate internal controls over cash transactions. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Communicate and coordinate with internal groups, including Accounts Payable and Land, and externally with banking partners to support smooth cash operations. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Respond to internal and external audit requests by gathering bank statements, reconciliations, and transaction records, and provide clear, well-organized documentation to support timely audit completion. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Support preparation of materials for monthly meetings, including treasury reporting, liquidity updates, and key performance insights. </li> </ul> Reconciliation & Controls <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to cash transactions and treasury activity. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate cash reporting and supporting schedules. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Maintain organized treasury documentation to support internal and external audit request. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Support ongoing enhancements to treasury processes to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. </li> </ul> Transaction Support & Banking Operations <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Assist with wire processing, ACH transactions, and banking portal administration. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Support bank account maintenance activities, including documentation and signatory updates. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of cash transactions. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Support the evaluation and implementation of treasury products and banking tools to improve efficiency, controls, and process automation. </li> </ul> Team and Culture <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Demonstrate extreme ownership of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in all treasury reporting. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless financial operations. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Work with urgency, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Finance organization. </li> </ul> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Qualifications</h2> <h3>Required</h3> <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> 2–5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or related corporate finance functions. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Experience with cash reporting, bank reconciliations, or liquidity tracking. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Strong proficiency in Excel, including comfort working with large data sets and financial models. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred</h3> <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="1"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Experience in corporate treasury operations within a high-growth company. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Exposure to ERP systems and banking platforms. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Experience supporting audits or internal control documentation. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Familiarity with short-term cash forecasting or liquidity management. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> Experience in infrastructure, energy, project finance, or capital-intensive industries. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial,
