- End-to-End Certification Strategy und Execution Leadership für Functional und Product Safety Certification
- Primary Interface mit External Certification Bodies
- Interpretation und Operationalisierung von Safety Certification Standards
- Close Partnership mit Engineering Teams zur Lieferung von Architekturen, Designs und Test Results
- Technical Judgment und Decision Making für Certification Needs
- Artifact Generation und Analysis für Certification Delivery
- Partnership mit External Certification Test Entities
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Robotics) oder verwandtem Feld oder gleichwertiger Erfahrung
- 5+ Jahre in Product Safety, Certification, Compliance oder verwandtem Feld
- Demonstrated Erfahrung beim Leiten oder Ownership von Certification für komplexe Elektromechanische Produkte
- Strong Working Knowledge von Relevanten Safety und Certification Standards (ISO13849, IEC61508, NFPA79 etc.)
- Erfahrung mit External Certification Bodies oder Test Labs
- Proven Ability zur Treibung von Cross-Functional Programs und Engineering Team Influence
- Strong Program Management Skills (Planning, Tracking, Risk Management)
- Sound Technical Judgment in Ambiguous oder Fast-Moving Environments
- Excellent Communication Skills inkl. Technical Teams und Executive Stakeholders
- Comfortable in Fast-Paced, Collaborative Startup Environment
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichem Reisen
- Must have and maintain US work authorization
