<p>At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experienced <strong>Oracle EBS Functional Plan to Report (P2R) (B2R) Subject Matter Expert</strong> to join our team and support mission-critical financial systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in <strong>Oracle R12 Federal Financials</strong>, who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings both strategic insight and hands-on functional experience.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects</li>
<li>Management.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and Regulations.</li>
<li>Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.</li>
<li>Prior experience developing interface functional designs.</li>
<li>Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.</li>
<li>Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.</li>
<li>Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Support the configuration, design, and development of B2R Global Model functionality.</li>
<li>Support deployment of B2R functionality to new Agencies.</li>
<li>Provide support to the project lifecycle phase.</li>
</ul>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree <strong>or</strong> equivalent years of experience</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Card</li>
<li>Must be able to successfully clear a federal background investigation (government security investigation required)</li>
<li>Work schedule: Monday–Friday</li>
</ul>
