This role focuses on optimizing internal processes, aligning engineering efforts, and ensuring the smooth execution of technical programs. You’ll partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams to align priorities, improve delivery velocity, and ensure timely execution of high-value projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically adept, and experienced in managing both internal engineering programs and externally-facing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Arine is VC-backed and mission-driven to improve the lives of patients.  What You’ll be Doing: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning both day-to-day execution and cross-team program delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations, ensuring smooth integration and on-time delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving team effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities and technical requirements into clear, executable plans. Own execution tracking across teams, including sprint health, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers, proactively resolving issues to keep teams and programs on track.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-functional and cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment on priorities and sequencing.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive continuous improvement of SDLC, Agile practices, and delivery processes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide regular, clear communication and reporting on progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are and What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or a related delivery-focused role, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven environment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience working with Agile engineering teams, including serving as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable managing competing priorities in fast-changing environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrates a servant-leader mindset, enabling teams while maintaining accountability for delivery.</li> </ul> Nice-to-Haves: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior startup or high-growth company experience.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.</li> </ul> Perks: Joining Arine offers you a dynamic role and the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and shape its future. The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria.
