Represent customer interests internally by passing feedback to sales, operations and product teams. Onboard, train and provide ongoing support to customers for new products and services. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively resolve issues to prevent churn. Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth order fulfillment, delivery and after-sales support. Manage customer communication across multiple channels with timely, professional responses. Analyze customer data and feedback to develop strategies to increase customer retention. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Requirements: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or customer support, preferably in the natural stone, building materials or renovation industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM software and customer success tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
