Description What you'll do at SESAMY As a Senior Account Manager you will take strategic leadership and drive the development of demanding brand, social and influencer accounts for clients in Fashion, Beauty, Travel & Lifestyle. You understand what truly moves brands forward in the social-first era and combine creative excellence with data-driven insights and clear business objectives. You are the central point of contact for our clients and advise them holistically — from strategic direction to operational implementation. You develop tailored campaign, channel and growth strategies and ensure that every measure delivers real added value. You manage complex social and influencer campaigns across all phases and ensure strategic consistency, quality and target achievement. You analyze performance data, derive well-founded recommendations for action and continuously optimize campaigns. You identify growth, upselling and development opportunities within existing accounts and actively drive their expansion. You independently and confidently lead pitches, presentations and client meetings — including at management level. You negotiate budgets, timings and scopes of service confidently with clients, partners and service providers. You lead, mentor and develop Account Managers, junior roles and freelancers professionally. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (Strategy, Creative, Talent Management, Partners) and ensure smooth processes. You are responsible for budgets, timelines, resources and KPIs and keep an overview even when managing parallel projects. You monitor market, platform and creator trends and bring relevant input into client strategies and internal processes. What you bring At least 5 years of experience in account management with clear strategic client responsibility. Proven experience in holistic client consulting, including independently leading negotiations. Deep know-how in social media marketing and experience in the strategic planning, execution and optimization of campaigns. Confidence in developing and conducting new-client pitches as well as in presentation situations at management level. Strong analytical understanding and routine in reporting, performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. Very good project management skills and experience managing multiple complex projects in parallel. Confident use of Excel, presentation tools, reporting and project management systems. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from Strategy, Creative, PR and external partners. A proactive, responsible mindset with high self-motivation, assertiveness and team spirit. Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
