Perform techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other approved procedures. Create a peaceful treatment environment through elements like room setup, music, lighting, and aromatherapy. Consult with guests before each treatment to understand their preferences and desired outcomes. Maintain a flawless and relaxing treatment space before and after each session. Provide a warm, calm, and professional guest hospitality experience. Occasionally recommend wellness offerings without creating a sales-driven atmosphere. Collaborate with other spa and guest teams to deliver the highest service quality. Adhere to all Tennessee massage therapy regulations and safety standards. Requirements Active Tennessee massage therapist license. Practical experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or clinical setting. On-site availability in Whitwell, TN.
