Your responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager you guide our customers through their entire lifecycle and ensure Jedox delivers maximum value for them. You strengthen relationships, drive adoption and support strategic growth decisions. As the central point of contact you act with trust, provide consultancy and anticipate needs. With your understanding of planning processes and strong stakeholder management you build long-term partnerships and achieve measurable customer success. Customer support: Accompany our Jedox customers throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to expansion. Portfolio management: Promote retention, usage and growth through strategic collaboration. Customer meetings & workshops: Lead product demonstrations, enablement workshops and QBRs to show customers the value Jedox brings to their goals and processes. Strategic consulting: Integrate Jedox into your customers' planning, forecasting and performance strategies. Growth analysis: Leverage cross- and upselling potential and work closely with the Sales team. Usage and adoption monitoring: Identify risks early and take actions to deliver measurable value. Cross-department collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Support and partners to ensure smooth implementation and an optimal customer experience. Your profile At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, account management or presales. Solid understanding of FP&A processes; EPM consulting experience is a strong plus. Experience in a software or SaaS environment. Very good understanding of modeling, planning and forecasting concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills and a talent for storytelling. Confident in dealing with executives and diverse stakeholders. Experience with QBRs, product demos, roadmap discussions and executive sessions. Proactive, customer-focused working style combined with project and change management competence. Experienced in collaborating with Sales, Product, Support and Services — in the spirit of our OneTeam approach. German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
