Responsibilities Take responsibility for a portfolio of key enterprise clients (aviation, energy, logistics). Act as a subject matter expert on SAF customer programs and advise clients on using the Chooose platform to achieve their goals. Coordinate complex software implementations and operational tasks; collaborate with the Technical Implementation Manager and other teams. Provide proactive customer support: analyze needs, qualify expansion opportunities, and deliver structured product feedback. Continuously improve the playbook and processes for technical implementation, customer operations, and customer success. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in natural sciences); at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise project management. Technical skills: experience with configurable SaaS solutions and ideally API integrations; solution-oriented approach and strong presentation skills. Flexibility in working hours and travel readiness; excellent English skills (Spanish is a plus); residence in one of the US states IL, TX, MA, NY, PA, MD, or FL.
