Role: We are seeking an outstanding physician leader who is highly motivated and passionate about improving quality of care for vulnerable populations. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead company-wide initiatives to ensure clinical excellence, highest quality of care and patient safety across the organization. You will: • own the company-wide primary care (PCP) physician and advance practice provider (APP) strategy in collaboration with operational teams. This includes developing and implementing workflows, tools and AI solutions to enhance clinical delivery, achieve company clinical goals, and reduce provider burden. • design and deploy implementation of best practices for primary care physicians and advanced practice providers to support high quality care, outstanding participant experience, and a rewarding experience for our providers. • provide onsite support to medical directors, PCPs and APPs across sites for deployment, oversight and refinement of clinical workflows and process improvement efforts to enable excellent clinical outcomes. • provide clinical guidance for the design of clinical development programs and other learning for physicians, advance practice providers and other clinicians in partnership with our People team, discipline-specific leadership and operational teams.
