Responsibilities Take ownership of UX and UI design for AI products, including agent interfaces, model interaction flows and developer tools Translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, human-centered user experiences Use user research, usability testing and rapid prototyping to validate design decisions Build and maintain a scalable design system for web and product surfaces Work closely with product managers and engineers to take concepts to production Integrate AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Cursor, Midjourney) into the daily workflow Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and advocating for users Requirements 2–6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a compelling portfolio Proven experience designing AI-native products (chatbots, agent interfaces, LLM features, prompt-driven UIs, or similar) Native familiarity with AI tools in the design process and actual use of them to accelerate work Strong systems thinking for designing complex information architectures while maintaining clean UX Confident skills in Figma; prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer) are a plus Comfortable with a fast-paced, remote-first and asynchronous work environment Benefits Purpose: Contribute to shaping AI as a public good Growth: Self-directed environment with the opportunity to shape role and career Compensation: Market-rate pay and, for many roles, access to Pre-Launch-Token Reimbursements and offerings for holistic wellbeing: meditation, Landmark Education, communication training, speech coaching Reimbursements for fitness, gym and class memberships
