For more information and career pages see the company website. Responsibilities: Ownership of HubSpot and Gong architecture as GTM systems. Design and modernization of end-to-end GTM processes (Lead → Deal → Renewal → Expansion). Definition and enforcement of SQO criteria, stage-exit rules and revenue governance. Responsibility for forecasting mechanics and pipeline integrity. Design of complex, decision-relevant reports for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Lead CRM change management and system rollouts. Documentation of commercial standards and definitions. Identification and elimination of revenue leakage and inefficiencies. Collaboration with GTM Engineer to automate and scale processes. Support for strategic GTM initiatives (pricing, new motions, tooling). Responsibility for the complete commission cycle (monthly calculations, commission letters, performance reporting). Requirements: Clear alignment with TestGorilla's mission. Hands-on experience with full revenue operations ownership. Solid HubSpot knowledge (required). Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and revenue governance. Experience with AI-supported operational tools is a plus. Strategic and systemic thinking. Strong stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable with uncertainty and scaling environments.
