Together with the Head of Operations and another Team Lead you form the backbone of our project management. What is your role? Project responsibility: You ensure that our customers receive a fully functional, high-quality and technologically advanced parking solution – from planning to final handover. You work closely with our Sales, Installations, CRM and Technical Operations teams to guarantee a smooth and excellent customer journey. Customer focus and communication: You act as an extended point of contact for our customers. With your strong communication skills you ensure that all stakeholders are always well informed and that complex information is conveyed clearly. Team development & mentoring: You act as a mentor and empower team members through knowledge and skill transfer to raise the overall level of Project Management. Resource management: You manage and allocate team resources as needed to meet all deadlines with top quality and within budget. Operational excellence: You ensure that all operational processes are designed efficiently and that all project objectives are achieved on time. Performance measurement: You are responsible for recording KPIs, monitoring progress and assessing goal achievement. Interface management: You act as an interface between different departments, keep an eye on project progress and proactively develop solutions for potential risks. Shaping company success: You contribute technical know-how and organizational skill to promote the company's success in the field of parking solutions. Your skills: Expertise & experience: You have 5+ years of professional experience in a competitive and dynamic environment, ideally from the IoT-/SaaS sector or a similar field (construction, real estate or event management). Technical understanding: You have a solid understanding of technical systems. Ownership & responsibility: You love bringing order to chaos, are system- and process-oriented and are characterized by quick thinking, fast decision-making and prompt yet careful execution. Customer focus & proactivity: The customer is always your top priority; you act proactively at all times with a focus on the intended outcomes. Strategic thinking & execution: You think like an entrepreneur, see the big picture and strive to take Peter Park to the next level. You can process large amounts of information, dynamically prioritize tasks and continuously perform reality checks to keep maximum focus on the urgent and important. Team spirit & communication: You are a true team player, contribute actively to the team, support other members and help them successfully complete their tasks. Continuous development: You demonstrate constant ambition to develop yourself (and others) further. Mobility affinity: You show a strong interest in parking and mobility and see the large (market) potential behind it. Language skills: Very good German and English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
