Deputy Head of Nursing (PDL)

Responsibilities We are looking for you as our deputy Head of Nursing (PDL) — join our team and get started with us in nursing. You will work as a nursing professional in a team with a special passion for SAPV. At the same time you are a member of the deployment management team. Here you take responsibility for sound care processes and help shape a positive culture of cooperation within the team. You advise nursing staff and nursing professionals, organize deployment and route planning, and support the nursing management in overall coordination. We support the development of your leadership skills with mentoring and training programs! We are also happy to accompany you on the path to becoming a PDL. Profile You have completed a three-year vocational training as a geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger), a health and nursing care nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), or hold a comparable qualification as a nursing professional. You possess the qualification for a leading nursing professional (leitende Pflegefachkraft) or comparable certificates. You already have experience leading a team or are interested in learning the required leadership skills with our support. You are a team player and act independently and responsibly.
