Your tasks With Mercanis we are leading the 'iPhone Moment' in the procurement world and are now looking for you — a motivated Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) who wants to be a key growth driver in the digital transformation of procurement. The Business Development team is our success factor to scale Mercanis further. Here you will quickly take on responsibility for identifying and personally convincing leads and improve our sales outreach every day. In this role you follow your growth plan and develop in just one year from an expert in sales outreach to an Account Executive who takes full responsibility for their own deals and manages them through to signing. How do companies achieve this? It all starts with your role as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d). For our customers you are the first point of contact and actively help solve their problems. Through your work you identify the right customers and proactively contact them. In addition, your experience has a direct influence on our processes and you continuously improve them together with the founders. Your responsibilities Customer acquirer: By proactively reaching out via email, phone and social media you expand our customer portfolio. Doer: Jump in and take responsibility for various tests in lead generation so that, with your learnings, you continuously improve our processes. Process designer: Prepare templates such as scripts or presentations for the Business Development team and implement them directly in practice. Market researcher: Conduct your own research to identify new markets and customer needs, working very closely with our Senior Account Executives and the founding team. Your profile Motivated: You want to help shape change and do not hesitate to get hands-on. Articulate: You demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German (native level). Team player with extra: You are a team player, have a hands-on mentality and are organized when managing multiple tasks. Ambitious: You want to grow professionally and personally and always go the extra mile to successfully follow your growth plan.
