Your daily tasks include ordering, invoice checking, shift and sickness management, but also complaint management and ensuring smooth processes and optimizing the economic performance of the practice. Point of contact You are the local contact person for our Rexies in the practice, always have an open ear and act respectfully and empathetically. In addition, you are the interface between the practice team and the office team and manage the introduction of new processes and changes in daily routines. Shaping the future Your ideas and experiences are central to the further development of our solutions. You have a close connection to our office team and help shape the development of Rex in all areas (processes & workflows, software features, etc.) both on site and across the company. You have the following qualifications: Preferably successfully completed further training as a Practice Manager and/or as a TFA At least 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with initial leadership responsibility (also engaged career changers from nursing, social work and retail with leadership experience are warmly welcome!) Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers and employees Strong passion for pets and a passion for improving the customer and employee experience in veterinary practices Then you are exactly right for us!
