The AIG Online team is responsible for providing assistance and quick service to the brokers using the AIG Online platform so that their user experience is excellent and therefore freeing up time for underwriters to concentrate on complex submissions. About the role What you need to know: You are responsible for the AIG Online platform that is used for brokers. This means that you are the single point of contact for all questions that brokers have (via call and email). You have an important responsibility in administration. Creating non-standard certificates, submitting requests in booking systems, following up with underwriting & brokers/customers, handling referrals, coordinating with the booking team, interacting and following up with the platform provider, preparing internal and external reports, answering technical questions about the use of AIG Online, monitoring the budget, managing the platform itself, and more. What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of demonstrated experience in administration. - Problem solver, thinking in solutions and opportunities. - Happy to work in a dynamic and international environment. - Proactive and customer-focused. - Someone who works accurately and precisely. - Experience in the world of insurance is an asset, not a must.
