Responsibilities Definition and management of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Agent Platform (scalable, modular agent solutions). Leading and mentoring a team of product managers while collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science. Coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer success to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions and bring them to market. Direct customer and market interaction as an evangelist for Nextiva's AI capabilities; establishing strategic partnerships. Requirements At least 10 years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role (AI, SaaS, or communication platforms). Deep understanding of agent-based AI systems, LLM orchestration, and enterprise AI deployments. Experience in global, cross-functional teams and customer-facing roles; excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS or communication-focused software products is a plus. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
