Responsibilities Fact-checking, content editing, and proofreading of medical communication materials (e.g., presentations, video scripts, websites) Reviewing layouts and digital files for completeness and accuracy Ensuring adherence to style guidelines, reference lists, and publishing permissions Preparing and submitting content within the Veeva Vault system Collaborating with medical and creative teams to ensure high-quality content Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science or English) 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical editing Excellent knowledge of grammar, medical style guidelines (e.g., AMA Manual of Style), and MS Word/PowerPoint Experience with Veeva Vault and approval workflows preferred High level of integrity and the ability to work both independently and in a team Benefits Competitive salary Generous paid time off Excellent health insurance Family leave 401(k) plan with employer match
