Exciting tasks await you: Diagnostics and treatment You conduct consultations confidently and professionally, while responding empathetically to the individual needs of our patients and clients. With your experience you support junior colleagues in day-to-day work and assist them with advice and practical help. With your professional expertise and practical experience, you carry out examinations and evaluations independently and are happy to share your knowledge. Shaping the future You help us identify and improve optimization potential in everyday practice. You communicate your new ideas clearly and are given the freedom to implement them with the team. Practice operations In addition to consultations, you coordinate practice processes, whereby the central team relieves you of administrative processes, among other things. Digital workflows Appointments, findings, referrals, prescriptions and invoices are processed digitally wherever possible. This makes your work easier and gives you the opportunity to contribute and help improve processes. Further training You enjoy personal development and are open to further training, or you already bring your specialist area that you would like to establish and expand to make the practice a little better every day. You have the following qualifications: A successfully completed university degree in veterinary medicine; More than 2 years of practical experience - you manage the daily consultation routine confidently and carry out surgical procedures conscientiously and carefully; A strong desire to mentor staff at the practice level, pass on your knowledge to colleagues and take on more responsibility; Respectful, open and warm communication towards colleagues and pet owners; Strong interest in digital topics and ideally initial experience with digitalization in practice operations; An eye for optimizing processes and a strong interest in improving the patient experience in veterinary practices.
