Practice operations Besides consultation hours, you coordinate practice processes, while the central team relieves you of, among other things, administrative processes. Digital workflows Appointments, findings, referrals, prescriptions and invoices are processed digitally as far as possible. That makes your work easier and gives you the opportunity to contribute and help make processes even better. Continuing education You enjoy developing yourself further and are open to training and continuing education, or you already bring your specialty that you want to establish and expand to make the practice a little better every day. You have the following qualifications: A successfully completed university degree in veterinary medicine More than 2 years of practical experience – you manage the daily consultation hours competently and perform surgical procedures conscientiously and carefully A strong enthusiasm for mentoring staff at practice level, passing on your knowledge to colleagues and taking on more responsibility Respectful, open and warm communication towards colleagues and pet owners Strong interest in digital topics and ideally initial experience with digitalization in practice operations An eye for optimizing processes and a strong interest in improving the patient experience in veterinary practices Then you are exactly right with us!
