With your experience, you support junior colleagues in their daily tasks and offer guidance. With your expertise and practical experience, you independently carry out examinations and diagnoses and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Practice operations In addition to consultations, you coordinate practice processes, while the central team takes care of administrative tasks for you. Digital workflows Appointments, findings, referrals, prescriptions, and invoices are processed as digitally as possible. This makes your work easier, and you enjoy contributing to improving these processes further. Continued education You enjoy developing yourself and are open to further training or already have a specialty that you want to establish and expand, making the practice a little better every day. You bring the following qualifications: - Successfully completed university degree in veterinary medicine - More than 2 years of practical experience – you manage daily consultations with routine and perform surgical procedures carefully and responsibly - Great enthusiasm for guiding staff members at the practice level, sharing your knowledge with colleagues, and taking on more responsibility - Respectful, open, and warm-hearted communication with colleagues and pet owners - Strong interest in digital topics and ideally some initial experience with digitalization in practice operations - An eye for optimizing workflows and a strong interest in improving the patient experience in veterinary practices Then you are exactly the right fit for us!
