Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design architecture for the Next‑Gen Administrator platform (schools/districts). Create journey maps, system maps, wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes for hypothesis testing. Work in a cross-functional team with product management, engineering, content, and partnerships to iterate and develop new experiences. Support and maintain the information architecture across a multi-product ecosystem. Contribute to and evolve the design system; review and ensure consistency of design contributions. Plan and facilitate light research sessions together with UXR and stakeholders. Mentor and coach design colleagues and cross-functional partners; present ideas to align different teams. Requirements At least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in internal product design teams. Strong knowledge of information architecture, ecosystem design, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design. Experience with a systemic design approach and product thinking (design as a system, not just mockups). Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work in uncertain, fast-paced environments and quickly iterate based on feedback loops. Portfolio is required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
