More information: https://www.iemfg.com Responsibilities Manage assigned product lines throughout their entire lifecycle (planning, development, market launch, growth, phase-out). Develop product roadmaps, business cases, technical requirements, and sales materials, and conduct competitive and market analyses. Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to ensure successful product development, market launch, and ongoing product maintenance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience); MBA is a plus. At least 4 years of relevant experience in power distribution or related fields, preferably with switchgear. Technical knowledge of medium voltage products, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
