What you can accomplish with us Maintenance and further development of the management systems for occupational health & safety and environmental protection. Tasks within the scope of the role as occupational safety specialist. Support of the company accident management. Advising on legal requirements, state of the art, occupational medicine and on the implementation of health and safety measures in operational processes. Reviewing/preparing risk assessments and operating instructions. Collaboration with the company physician, in particular in the form of joint company inspections. Participation in company committees and working groups (including the Occupational Safety Committee (ASA)). Conducting training sessions, particularly on occupational safety. What you bring Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or passed examination as a state-recognised technician or master craftsman, alternatively a successfully completed vocational training or comparable qualification in non-technical professions and preferably several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Several years of practical professional experience in the field of occupational safety/health protection and as an occupational safety specialist (FASi). Fulfilment of the requirements for occupational safety specialists according to § 7 of the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG). Persuasiveness and very good communication skills.
