COYL supports small businesses and is continuously expanding. Responsibilities Internal support for COYL: Assistance with job postings, applicant screenings, and interviews. Support with onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintenance of HR documentation such as handbooks, policies, and compliance files. Assistance with employee relations and cultural initiatives. Tracking HR metrics and compliance documentation. Client-oriented HR support: Planning and support for engagement initiatives, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee communication. Conducting salary and benefits reviews as well as assistance with benefits-related queries. Creating training programs, performance management tools, and evaluation forms. Preparing and coordinating employee evaluations. Writing and updating employee handbooks and policies. Monitoring legal updates and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Requirements Solid knowledge in HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment practices. Experience supporting multiple clients or departments simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
