Field Service Engineer-Jinan-LCMS

Job Description Responsible for on-site installation, operational training, maintenance and repair of High-end LCMS products, including but not limited to related hardware and corresponding software for LC, triple quadrupole, time-of-flight, ion mobility, etc. Promptly resolve customer issues to ensure user satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships. Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to complete various after-sales service and support projects for customers. Effectively complete other tasks according to company processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy, food science, biology, electrical engineering or related fields. At least 3 years of experience operating LC or LCMS, or at least 1 year of after-sales service experience with related products; deep understanding of the working principles and routine maintenance operations of the relevant instruments. Enjoy technical research, strong hands-on ability, and interest in after-sales service work. Excellent verbal expression and communication skills. Good English reading and writing skills and some listening and speaking ability. Able to adapt to a high-frequency travel schedule. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
