Director Client Services (m/f/d)

In our owner-managed digital agency you will work with an interdisciplinary team of Digital Business Consultants, Sales, Marketing, Project Managers, creatives and developers and have plenty of room to actively shape growth. Your responsibilities You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Client Services team (Digital Business Consultants as well as Sales and Marketing). You will steer the strategy for existing clients to expand and develop our account base. Together with the team you are responsible for acquiring new clients: from lead qualification through pitches to closing. You are overall responsible for our marketing and partner management. You act as a sparring partner and escalation level for strategically relevant clients. You work very closely with the executive management and the other leaders. Your skills Several years of experience in consulting, client services, account management or sales in a digital environment. Proven disciplinary leadership experience and a passion for developing people. Extensive experience with digital projects and a confident understanding of digital business models, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment, with the motivation to remain strongly consultative yourself. Strong communication skills, empathetic and confident (internally and externally). AI competence: experience applying common AI tools and models as well as the motivation to bring these into the team.
