Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes. Key Accountabilities: You will dedicate part-time to Hunter and Farming activities. As a Hunter, you will execute the established strategy to close new commercial agreements with partners among several sectors. You will be accountable for looking for contacts within targeted companies, building and presenting value offer proposals, negotiating terms within our company standards, coordinating other teams and people, and leading the implementation process for a successful launch. As a Farmer, you will be accountable for the partner’s budget assigned to you. How do you proceed: Develop strategies, plan, and execute sponsor’s sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue generation from existing partners to achieve both topline and bottom line. Constantly propose to existing Sponsors new ideas, initiatives, products, and distribution channels with the purpose to constantly add value to the Sponsor and to the relationship with AIG. If the initiative is accepted by the Sponsor, the Account Manager is responsible for building the strategy, planning, and defining the target expected, KPIs projected, and executing the campaign. Responsible for executing the discipline of cross-selling and up-selling after three months of selling the initial product. Responsible for conducting campaign analysis per month by using quantitative and qualitative reporting tools in the analysis of each campaign monitoring the results obtained per month with the KPIs established for each campaign. If deviation is identified, propose to the DDM Manager corrective actions: what to do, why the account manager recommends that specific action, when to do it, what the effect will be, and what the benefit is (additional premium, persistency increase, etc.). Once approved, propose it to the Sponsor. Work collaboratively with the other team members of DDM, the LOB, and support functions: Operations, Claims, Marketing, etc., for campaign implementation and monthly performance. Liaise with the campaign management team, call centers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation and ongoing campaign performance. Achieve per month, per campaign, per Sponsor: TARP, NWP, campaign profitability targets, and spend efficiency. Control and manage profit and loss of overall campaigns launched. Ensure timely implementation, pre- and post-campaign control and communication, and administration. Ensure submission of marketing plans and obtain approval from local and regional management for marketing budgets for new campaign launches. When launching a Digital Direct Marketing campaign, coordinate with internal areas and the sponsor the management of the platform, strategic product design, planning, and execution with monthly control of the KPIs applied to Digital Campaigns. Work with Telemarketing, the Product team (LOB), and other related parties to drive excellent performance outcomes. Participate in product development, competitor analysis, business planning, budgeting, and any other brainstorming sessions that will encourage or promote profit to the distribution or enhance customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head. Represent AIG in the market to extend reach, presence, and awareness of direct marketing opportunities for sponsors. Maintain the discipline of weekly meetings with Sponsors to identify new opportunities and deepen AIG’s relationship with the Sponsor. Communicate on market trends and competition. Prepare yearly annual budgets and agree on financial performance targets for respective Sponsors. Perform ad-hoc functions as required. What we are looking for: Self-driven individual. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Minimum three years of work experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Consumer Goods.
