Responsibilities Phone support for plan members, group representatives, and providers regarding benefits and claims. Clear, precise, and timely responses to inquiries. Documentation of calls and interactions. Supporting team members and cross-functional partners. Additional tasks such as providing feedback, claim research, and assistance with member website usage. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). Basic computer and customer service experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze information.
