Responsibilities Responsibility for the growth of Total Value Locked (TVL) through staking, vault deposits, and token demand. Leading capital raising from seed to Series A with a focus on crypto-native investors. Developing and implementing the token economy and capital market strategy for FISC. Building and maintaining relationships with VCs and curators and integrating them. Representing Bitcoin Dollar publicly, e.g., at conferences and on social media. Building a small, competent team and overseeing operations with a focus on the long-term roadmap. Requirements Successful TVL or AUM growth experience in a DeFi project with demonstrable results. Experience in crypto capital markets, including token economy, incentive design, liquidity provisioning, and on-chain analytics. Reliable networks and relationships with curators and venture capital firms. Experience in capital raising, ideally with crypto-based venture capital investors. Strong public presence and communication skills, including experience at conferences and on social media. Comfort with early-stage operations, uncertainty, and working in a small team.
