Make your mark in Distribution AIG distribution teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact Focused to generate new business opportunities and strategies through correct pipeline management. Maintain and develop business relationships with appointed brokers and other related business partners. Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings, and other promotional activities for brokers to increase our new business and reinforce the relationship with them. Constantly communicate our underwriting appetite and value proposition during different meetings with each broker. Salesforce: Keep updated the Intelligence Profile and Broker Plan of the brokers in the assigned portfolio to align our strategies with those of each broker, as well as identify target portfolios. This role will be a key element to achieve AIG’s strategic growth in the coming years. In this position, you’ll take your negotiation, leadership, and conflict management skills, among others, to the next level. Help us elevate the service level provided to our top producers. What you’ll need to succeed Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in sales or client-facing areas. Technical skills: data analysis and good management of Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Soft skills: problem-solving, negotiation, creativity, teamwork, and developing good relationships at all levels. Knowledge in Commercial and Personal Lines (Property, Financial Lines, Marine, Casualty, A&H, etc.). Preferred qualification: intermediate level of English.
