Your role: Practically oriented Account Executive & strategic designer: Become a central and hands-on Account Executive (AI/ML) at dida. You are responsible for defining the sales strategy, the operational implementation to drive growth, and actively shaping the company's future direction. Consultative Sales & implementation: You lead and are responsible for some of dida's most important sales channels, focusing on building new partnerships and closing contracts. In doing so you act as a strategic advisor for our clients, understand their challenges and propose tailored AI and ML solutions. You accompany the entire sales process – from first contact to closing. Identification and development of new industries: You actively identify promising new industry sectors for dida's services and take responsibility for building these markets from the ground up. Development of sales strategies: You develop and propose new ideas, processes or sales approaches to increase our brand awareness and positively influence the purchasing behavior of our partners and clients. Technical integration & enablement: You involve our ML Scientists in sales activities. You translate their technical work and research results into high-quality, persuasive solution proposals and sales initiatives. Your profile Experience: You have at least three (3) years of proven professional experience in sales or a related field (e.g., Account Management, Business Development). Experience selling technical products or IT services is a major plus. Education: You have an academic degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (or a technical degree, e.g., in physics, mathematics or computer science). Technical understanding: You have a basic understanding of Machine Learning. Deeper knowledge is an advantage and very helpful, but not strictly necessary to sell complex services – our ML Scientists will support you, and you will have the opportunity to continuously expand your expertise. Attitude: You are a practical person who takes full responsibility for your sales channels and develops them in the medium to long term. You value self-responsibility and want to make a real impact. Quality & motivation: You have high standards of quality and are highly motivated to achieve excellent results. Location & office: You live in Berlin or plan to move here, and want to come into the office at least twice a week to really become part of dida and our team. Language: You communicate effortlessly in German (German is your native language or you are at a similar level). At the same time you can communicate fluently in English with colleagues and the team.
