From optimizing the rail network with Deutsche Bahn to projects in environmental protection (AI for Earth Award) – our team translates current research into reliable software. We are looking for an AI Solution Consultant to help us unlock new market potential and connect our technical expertise with the right business requirements. Your role: Strategic consulting and market development In this position you are dida’s face for specific industries. You do not follow a rigid process, but actively shape the strategy for your area and build long-term partnerships with innovation leads. Industry development and market entry Opening sectors: You develop new vertical markets (e.g., energy, manufacturing, or GovTech) by identifying and advising how tailored ML solutions can provide real added value. Building partnerships: You manage the entire process – from the first market analysis to closing long-term project cooperations. Growth strategy: You develop a roadmap to establish dida as a reliable ML partner in your industries. Technical consulting and interface management Strategic consulting: You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and innovation managers to make the possibilities of AI solutions tangible. The bridge: You work closely with our ML-Scientists. You translate technical potentials into clear business cases and ensure that our scientific work meets customer needs. Network and process optimization Showing presence: You represent dida at industry events and build a network of strategic partners. Internal development: You help us further refine our sales and project processes to meet the requirements of complex enterprise-AI projects. Your profile Experience: You bring 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting, ideally in the IT or deep-tech environment. Technical understanding: You have a basic understanding of machine learning (e.g., computer vision, deep learning) and can communicate competently with both scientists and executives. Initiative: You enjoy working independently and take pleasure in actively building up a market area. Communication: Native-level German is essential for our partners in the DACH region, complemented by fluent English for internal communication. Location: You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate. For collaboration with the team, you are in our Kreuzberg office (Moritzplatz) at least two days per week.
