We combine deep research, user-first design, and end-to-end execution from concept to final render, to bring the future of expression to all.</p> <h2>The team &amp; role</h2> <p data-start="228" data-end="522">We’re seeking a passionate, visionary <strong data-start="266" data-end="287">Creative Director</strong> to <strong data-start="291" data-end="348">own and build the visual foundation of LTX end-to-end</strong>. This role is about defining a <strong data-start="380" data-end="413">clear, scalable visual system</strong> for the company and ensuring it is consistently expressed across product, brand, research, and storytelling.</p> <p data-start="524" data-end="917">This is a highly cross-functional role: you’ll work closely with <strong data-start="589" data-end="650">product, research, engineering, marketing, and leadership</strong> to align the entire organization around a shared visual language. A core part of the role is shaping and evolving the <strong data-start="769" data-end="814">visual identity of the LTX-2 model itself</strong> — how it looks, feels, and is visually represented to developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.</p> <p data-start="919" data-end="1175">The ideal candidate combines deep graphic design expertise with strong systems thinking and technical curiosity — someone who can translate complex AI technology into a <strong data-start="1088" data-end="1145">cohesive, recognizable, and inspiring visual identity</strong> that scales with the company.</p> <h2>What you will be doing</h2> <ul> <li data-start="1212" data-end="1396"><strong data-start="1212" data-end="1267">Define, build, and maintain clear visual guidelines</strong> for LTX — including brand principles, visual systems, and design standards that can scale across teams, products, and use cases.</li> <li data-start="1399" data-end="1569">Own the <strong data-start="1407" data-end="1445">visual identity of the LTX-2 model</strong>, shaping how the model is visually expressed across documentation, demos, product surfaces, partnerships, and storytelling.</li> <li data-start="1572" data-end="1742">Lead the creative direction and visual language across <strong data-start="1627" data-end="1684">product, brand, research communication, and marketing</strong>, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.</li> <li data-start="1745" data-end="1949">Work in close partnership with <strong data-start="1776" data-end="1831">product, research, engineering, and marketing teams</strong> to embed the visual system deeply into how the company operates — not as an external layer, but as a shared language.</li> <li data-start="1952" data-end="2104">Translate complex technical concepts and AI capabilities into <strong data-start="2014" data-end="2053">clear, expressive visual narratives</strong> that make the technology accessible and inspiring.</li> <li data-start="2107" data-end="2212">Stay hands-on: design, prototype, and iterate on key visuals, setting a high bar for craft and execution.</li> <li data-start="2215" data-end="2357">Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, while also empowering non-design teams through strong guidelines and frameworks.</li> <li data-start="2360" data-end="2493">Collaborate with company leadership to ensure the visual identity supports long-term product strategy, positioning, and brand growth.</li> </ul> <h2>Your skills and experience</h2> <ul> <li data-start="267" data-end="468">You are an experienced creative leader with <strong data-start="311" data-end="353">8+ years of hands-on design experience</strong>, shaping visual identity and creative direction across digital products, platforms, or technology-driven brands.</li> <li data-start="471" data-end="668">You think systemically — with proven experience building <strong data-start="528" data-end="596">visual guidelines, brand systems, and scalable design frameworks</strong> that enable consistency across large, cross-functional organizations.</li> <li data-start="671" data-end="840">You bring <strong data-start="681" data-end="744">deep hands-on design expertise and strong creative judgment</strong> — you are first and foremost a designer who leads through craft, not just a creative manager.</li> <li data-start="843" data-end="1016">You are comfortable working <strong data-start="871" data-end="900">across the entire company</strong>, influencing product, research, engineering, marketing, and leadership through clear, confident visual direction.</li> <li data-start="1019" data-end="1208">You have experience <strong data-start="1039" data-end="1085">owning and managing wide design operations</strong> — including processes, workflows, standards, and collaboration models that allow design to scale without losing quality.</li> <li data-start="1211" data-end="1446">You are technically fluent and creatively curious, with a strong interest in the intersection of <strong data-start="1308" data-end="1349">design, AI, and emerging technologies</strong>. You can translate complex technical capabilities into expressive and coherent visual systems.</li> <li data-start="1449" data-end="1618">You understand how <strong data-start="1468" data-end="1509">generative AI and creative technology</strong> are reshaping visual design and have worked hands-on with modern design, production, and AI-powered tools.</li> <li data-start="1621" data-end="1766">You are a collaborative partner and clear communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders around a shared visual language and creative vision.</li> <li data-start="1769" data-end="1869">You lead by doing — setting a high bar for visual excellence and inspiring others through example.</li> <li data-start="1872" data-end="1953">Proficient in <strong data-start="1886" data-end="1917">Figma, Adobe Creative Suite</strong>, and modern AI and 3D design tools.</li> </ul> <h3><strong data-start="124" data-end="138">Important note:</strong></h3> <p data-start="124" data-end="457">This role requires deep, hands-on design experience <strong data-start="195" data-end="245">and proven ownership of wide design operations</strong>.
