<h2>The team & role</h2>
<p data-start="228" data-end="522">We’re seeking a passionate, visionary <strong data-start="266" data-end="287">Creative Director</strong> to <strong data-start="291" data-end="348">own and build the visual foundation of LTX end-to-end</strong>. This role is about defining a <strong data-start="380" data-end="413">clear, scalable visual system</strong> for the company and ensuring it is consistently expressed across product, brand, research, and storytelling.</p>
<p data-start="1002" data-end="1301">We’re looking for a creative, strategic <strong data-start="1042" data-end="1063">Creative Director</strong> to define and lead the visual foundation of LTX from end to end. This role focuses on building a clear, scalable visual language for the company and ensuring it is consistently reflected across product, brand, research, and storytelling.</p>
<p data-start="1303" data-end="1609">You’ll operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with product, research, engineering, marketing, and leadership. A key responsibility is shaping the visual identity of the LTX-2 model, how it is experienced and represented across developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.</p>
<p data-start="1611" data-end="1848">This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design craft with systems thinking and technical curiosity - someone who can turn complex AI concepts into a clear, cohesive, and inspiring visual identity that evolves with the company.</p>
<h2>What you will be doing</h2>

<li data-start="2010" data-end="2135">Own and evolve the <strong>visual identity of LTX-2</strong> across product interfaces, demos, documentation, partnerships, and storytelling</li>
<li data-start="2138" data-end="2259">Lead <strong>creative direction</strong> across product, brand, research communication, and marketing, ensuring clarity and consistency</li>
<li data-start="2262" data-end="2389">Collaborate closely with product, research, engineering, and marketing to embed visual thinking into how the company operates</li>
<li data-start="2392" data-end="2476">Translate complex AI technologies into <strong>compelling and accessible visual narratives</strong></li>
<li data-start="2479" data-end="2580"><strong>Stay hands-on</strong>: design, prototype, and refine key assets while setting a high standard for execution</li>

<h2>Your skills and experience</h2>

<li data-start="2853" data-end="2988"><strong>8+ years of experience in design</strong>, including leadership roles shaping visual identity across digital products or tech-driven companies</li>
<li data-start="2991" data-end="3109">Strong systems thinking, with experience<strong> building scalable design systems </strong>and visual frameworks across organizations</li>
<li data-start="3112" data-end="3189">Deep hands-on design expertise - you lead through craft, not only direction</li>
<li data-start="3192" data-end="3317">Experience working cross-functionally and influencing diverse teams (product, engineering, research, marketing, leadership)</li>
<li data-start="3320" data-end="3437">Proven ability to manage and <strong>scale design operations </strong>(processes, workflows, standards) without compromising quality</li>
<li data-start="3440" data-end="3537"><strong>Technical curiosity</strong> and <strong>fluency</strong>, with interest in AI, creative tools, and emerging technologies</li>
<li data-start="3540" data-end="3628">Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visual systems</li>

<p data-start="3915" data-end="4219">This position requires strong hands-on design experience and a proven track record in building and leading scalable design systems. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on marketing execution or campaign management — without deep design craft and systems expertise — are unlikely to be a fit.</p>
