Admin Assistant (Real Estate)
Position: Admin Assistant (Real Estate) Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing calendars, scheduling property viewings, and coordinating meetings. Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements. Maintain and update property listings and client databases with accurate information. Handle correspondence with clients, brokers, and vendors professionally and promptly. Coordinate communications between buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Support marketing efforts by preparing materials and assisting with online listings. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations in document handling and processes. Requirements Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate CRM systems. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
