Position: Admin Assistant (Real Estate)
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing calendars, scheduling property viewings, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Maintain and update property listings and client databases with accurate information.
- Handle correspondence with clients, brokers, and vendors professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate communications between buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing materials and assisting with online listings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations in document handling and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
