Responsibilities Lead the design of projects from conception to delivery within cross-functional agile teams Design sophisticated interaction designs and data visualizations for investment analytics Translate new and complex ideas from 0-1 into successful products and develop clear roadmaps Use user research and data to inform design decisions and product prioritization Contribute to the expansion and adoption of the Addepar Product Language Design System Collaborate with investment researchers, product managers, designers, UX researchers, and developers Provide and receive feedback as well as mentor other designers Requirements At least 7 years of experience in product, interaction, or UX design, ideally in a senior role Direct, proven experience in investment management or similar complex financial areas Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products and complex web UIs for enterprise clients Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design practices and high-level design craftsmanship Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, optimized design solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in agile environments Expertise in Figma as the primary design tool Benefits Global, flexible work model with remote options and multiple international offices Inclusive company culture and commitment to equal opportunities Mentoring opportunities and support for career growth Accessibility support and reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities
