The team moves quickly, collaboratively, and hands-on, and the Technical Creative Director role is deeply embedded in interdisciplinary projects. The position is responsible for the visual identity and frontend implementation of all digital platforms and works closely with marketing, events, and engineering teams to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences. Responsibilities Responsible for visual consistency and brand quality across all digital platforms, campaigns, and materials. Translate brand guidelines into finished, on-brand websites, landing pages, social assets, email templates, and event materials. Create and maintain a self-service brand package (fonts, logos, imagery, AI prompts, templates). Develop and deliver responsive web pages and interactive experiences using modern frontend tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer). Implement microinteractions, scroll animations, hover states, and tactile UI details. Work with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow CMS, Airtable) and manage dynamic content. Lightweight API integrations and data-sync workflows (Airtable → Webflow, webhooks, third-party embeds). Creative direction and visual production for annual summits and events (set design, environmental graphics, motion content, event assets). Advise the events team on A/V, lighting, and production requirements. Deploy and evaluate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI) to accelerate content and design processes and to create and refine AI prompts. Requirements Portfolio required: demonstrably functional, live websites and examples of visual assets. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of professional experience in a creative/design-focused role with strong frontend skills. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern No-Code/Low-Code platform (Webflow, Framer, Plasmic, or similar). Strong visual design sensibility (typography, layout, color, motion, brand cohesion). Experience with CMS-driven websites and dynamic content. Familiarity with lightweight API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tools. Proven practice using AI tools in design and development workflows.
