Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-powered features and integrate large language models into existing products and systems. Set up evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring for continuous quality improvement and to observe customer usage. Collaborate with AI platform and product teams and mentor other engineers to create sustainable technical solutions. Lead projects, making pragmatic trade-offs between business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability. Requirements: At least 7 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. Experience developing and delivering products that use large language models (prompting, RAG and/or agent frameworks). Experience designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications including backend, APIs, and frontend; familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js or willingness to learn them. Experience with evaluation sets and quality assurance of AI systems as well as mentoring and close collaboration with product and design.
