UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

ABOUT YOUR POSITION As a User Experience Designer / User Interface Designer (m/f/d) you form the interface between IT and Marketing. You use your creativity and technical understanding to design websites and work closely with our developers. YOUR TASKS You drive interdisciplinary projects forward using iterative UCD (User-centered Design) design methodology and tools (e.g., in-depth interviews and workshops). You define the important use cases and scenarios and communicate these to the product manager via user journeys, service blueprints, personas and storyboards. You are responsible for visualizing and communicating new potential concepts. You turn users’ needs and expectations into refined design proposals. You work closely with our software developers and product managers. YOUR MINDSET You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You like taking responsibility. You enjoy furthering your skills. YOUR PROFILE You have an academic degree, ideally in UX/Interaction Design, or a similar relevant education. You have initial knowledge in user experience, user-flow mapping and pain point analysis. You have experience working with user-centered design approaches that use a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods. Ideally you have knowledge of Adobe Kreativ-Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure or similar programs. You are familiar with SCRUM and KANBAN. Your knowledge of CSS/HTML is a plus. You bring practical or professional experience. You have a confident and likeable manner. You present a well-groomed appearance.
