Responsibilities Management of the company's risk assessment in core business. Ensuring profitability while achieving targets regarding gross income and market share. Maintaining and managing relationships with third-party providers. Achieving customer excellence. Requirements Three to five years of experience in the insurance industry, at least two years of which must be in underwriting. At least five completed CXC/GCE 'O' Level examinations, including Mathematics and English. At least three completed CAPE or A-Level examinations. Completed or ongoing qualifications in Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate or equivalent qualification (preferred). Completed or ongoing studies in Insurance and Risk Management, Business Administration, or similar fields (preferred). Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
