Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

Area of responsibility As a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) at Livings GmbH, a company of the Reneo Group, you are responsible for remedying defects in the apartments we manage under individual property administration. You review incoming reports and determine responsibility. Accordingly, you initiate defect remediation yourself or forward it to the responsible parties, such as the WEG administration or the warranty department. Your responsibilities You commission, manage and supervise external service providers in individual property. You are responsible for documentation and system maintenance. You plan, award and supervise larger repair measures. You review, process and commission insurance claims. You work closely with commercial Property Management, owners and the WEG administration. You negotiate and review service and maintenance contracts. You review invoices and approve them. Your profile You have completed technical training, e.g. as a Bautechniker, in Facility Management (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate clerk with a technical background). You have practical experience in a real estate company or in facility management. You have very good organizational skills and a high level of reliability, commitment, and service- and customer-orientation. You are proficient with the MS Office suite. You have very good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage.
