Job Description The Informatics Delivery Engineer provides scientific and technical expertise to support sales and ensure successful solution delivery for customers. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation and demonstrations to post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Presales: Engaging with sales for requirement analysis, scoping delivery, and early customer discussions to recommend tailored solutions. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations. Post-sales: Analyze customer's needs and translate these into SLIMS workflows. Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements. Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals. Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs. Lead or support project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively. Train the customer. Script a lab's in-silico tools into our integration framework. Project management for OpenLab solutions and SLIMS solution delivery. Post-delivery: Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting to maintain customer satisfaction. Provide technical support for customers' critical escalations. Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required. Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python with proven coding skills. Evidence of a proven track record of solution delivery on an implementation team, or related experience. Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and document the requirements. Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and foster good relationships. Ability to balance competing priorities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated and directed individual. Team-oriented perspective. Willingness to travel 70% of the time for business requirements and client meetings. Early understanding of OpenLab solutions and SLIMS would be an added advantage. Experience with LIMS and project management would be an added advantage. Fluent in Thai and proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and cross-functional environment. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
