What is your role? You are responsible for the commercial impact of Peter Park. In this role you are strategist, coach and high-level negotiator in one. Performance culture & Leadership: You lead and scale our sales team. You coach across the entire sales cycle and establish a culture of excellence where individual development and achieving ambitious KPIs go hand in hand. Strategic GTM architecture: You continuously develop our go-to-market strategy. You identify growth levers, optimize pricing models and the value proposition, and act as a strategic link between Sales, Product and Executive Management. Data-driven scaling: You manage your team’s sales pipeline with analytical precision. You use CRM data to improve forecast quality and create the processes necessary for exponential and sustainable growth. Executive level sales: For business-critical opportunities and large-scale tenders you are a sparring partner on equal footing with your team. You structure complex business cases and convince top decision makers with measurable ROI arguments. Your skills: We are looking for personalities who convince through competence, drive and intellectual sharpness. Proven track record: Several years of experience in high-performance sales, business development (SaaS, scale-up or top-tier consulting) or Tier-1 consulting. You have proven that you can win people and markets. Leadership DNA and experience: You have experience developing teams in a structured way and you challenge and support your colleagues with a focus on results. Analytical depth: You work data-driven and have the ability to translate complex problems into scalable growth strategies. Entrepreneurial mindset: You do not wait for instructions. You see opportunities, take responsibility and aim to set market standards. Negotiation confidence: Confident presence with C-level decision makers and public stakeholders – in German and English at a business-fluent level. Work Setup: Responsibility: 40 hours per week (result-oriented on a basis of trust – we measure output, not hours). Hybrid model: 3 days in the Munich office for maximum collaboration / 2 days focus time (remote). Mobility: Approx. 20% willingness to travel for decisive on-site meetings.
